You cannot return jewelry that bring precious stones such as diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds etc.

You can return jewelry made in Gold, Silver or Platinum WITHOUT precious stones within 14 days of receiving them, and we will issue a full refund. A return is considered initiated once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.

The jewelry piece should be returned in its authentic package along with the receipt or invoice otherwise it will not be accepted for return.

Yes, you can. You will have the chance to try it during our private meeting. In case you buy a ring or any other piece of jewelry with no prior private meeting, unfortunately you cannot try it in advance. Please contact us to arrange a private meeting as soon as possible

If you want to buy a bigger size ring than the specified size on the website, it comes with an additional fee of 600 NOK and it relates with the extra piece of metal that will be added for the bigger size of the ring

No, we do not have any physical stores. We work only online via our website. However, we arrange private showrooms for our clients in Oslo, Bergen and Voss. This allow us to provide high quality services achieving a setting of absolute privacy and focus to each one of our clients.

We also offer online private consultation meetings at your own pace and time. Feel free to contact us for further details on how to book your private meeting

Yes, you can. You may ask us to cancel your order before you receive and open the jewelry item you chose. Feel free to email us here info@dinorossi.no and we will resolve your cancellation order asap.

If the item is in stock, delivery time is 1-3 days with DHL Express.

If the item is not in stock, delivery time is 10 to 15 days with DHL Express.

Yes, all the prices that you see on our website include VAT. There are no additional hidden costs

We offer three payment methods:

There are no risks with shipping. We insure all shipments at no extra cost to you.

We work only with reputable couriers and all our shipments are insured for up to 1 million NOK.

You will always receive your track-and-trace number so that you can follow up the shipping route.

You choose the gift card payment way at your checkout and enter the unique gift card number as this appears on your physical or online gift card.

You can use the entire card amount or a specific smaller amount. However, any remaining amount in your fit card cannot be used at a later purchase. So, take care to buy a jewerly at a cost similar to your gift card’s amount. 

We work exclusively with DHL Express

Although it is an extremely rare case, we have insurance covering for such cases. If you do not receive your order, please contact the both the shipping company and us. We will handle it as a complaint with the courier. Note that a complaint takes about 60 days.

There is no shipping cost for the clients. However, a shipping cost will be charged if the package is not collected and returned to us.

Moreover, you will be charged if you ask for an Express shipping service that is not included in our offered shipping methods. This cost varies depending the courier company.

We strongly suggest you to use our website for placing your orders. However, we are always here and more than happy to assist via phone or email.

We work only with reputable diamond suppliers who provide us with untreated, conflict-free natural diamonds of high quality. These suppliers must adhere to the Kimberley Process, which involves 43 participating countries, including Norway and the EU. According to the Kimberley Process, diamond-producing countries must certify that their diamonds are produced and sold through legitimate channels.
